Top shelf service.I was looking for a photographer for the photo shoot of my property which I was about to list for sale. Having decided to not use a traditional real estate agency and to use an online one, it was necessary for me to organise the photography.When it comes to a property listing, high quality photos are absolutely critical and Perfect Property Media (PPM) certainly lived up to their name and well surpassed my expectations.The quality of their equipment was 5 star and the photographer was not only very experienced but genuinely cared about capturing the best shots possible. It's the attention to detail that makes all the difference. For example, taking shots at slightly different heights, a slight modification to the position of the coffee table book amongst other things.Even before the day of the shoot, PPM enquired about where to park - that's the sort of planning that distinguishes class craftsmanship from other professionals.The subsequent digital touch-ups literally turned the grey skies on the day of the shoot to bright blue in a way that looked so natural that I actually forgot that the shoot was done on a rainy day.Turnaround time for the photos was next day.PPM are not the most competitive price-wise but, at the end of the day, you get what you pay for and the quality of the photos was simply outstanding.An absolutely fantastic customer experience.

I retained AD at perfect property media to do a photoshoot of our tiny house and glamping tents which we list on Airbnb. AD’s photos were nothing short of superb in terms of showing the place in its best light and telling the story, in pictures, of what our accomodation offers. His finishing edits brought out the brightness, colour and clarity to the views and environment around our facilities. The results speak for themselves. From the day we posted his photographs our enquiries tripled and have stayed there. AD is always accomodating to our needs. It’s always, “No problem” to any request. He once said yes to a 6 unit brand new complex which he had to photograph all 6 separately. He said yes, later we found that he just had for surgery and had his friend attend with him so he could assist him getting around. Top service.

I cannot recommend this business more highly. There are great media companies and then there are those that are simply exceptional! The entire experience, from booking the photography for my new airbnb property, to delivery, was outstanding.The brief was to photograph the home in a way that would capture and highlight its most positive attributes in an authentic way, without misrepresentation. That the photography achieved that and more is an understatement!The pro (A.D.) who took the photos clearly had an eye and expertise, and was more than versed in airbnb photography. He also helped me to see things that I had overlooked as valuable features. And he was so great to work with.Of course, as they say, the proof is in the eating of the pudding. Well, the very day I listed the home, I received a booking! This is virtually unheard of. Not only this, we have had consistent bookings ever since, and in almost every query pre booking, I receive compliments on the photos and the 'look' of the home.
